  • What countries is Lumolist currently available in?
    We've recently launched into Europe so you can now download and use Lumolist is the following countries: Albania Austria Belgium Bosnia & Herzegovina Bulgaria Croatia Cyprus Czech Republic Denmark Estonia Finland France Germany Greece Hungary Iceland Ireland Italy Kosovo Latvia Lithuania Luxembourg Malta Moldova Montenegro Netherlands North Macedonia Norway Poland Portugal Romania Serbia Slovakia Slovenia Spain Sweden Switzerland Turkey Ukraine United Kingdom
  • I can't find the product that I need?
    If you can't find what you're looking for, get in touch, and we'll look into adding it to the system. If it's something we've missed, we'll be sure to add it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can add it as a custom item via the + button in the top right hand corner of your screen.
  • When will you be adding more departments?
    We're working hard to include as many departments as we can. Collecting data can take some time. If your department isn't available, get in touch or subscribe and we'll be sure to let you know when it's available
  • Do I need an internet connection to use the Lumolist app?
    No, you can still use the app to create and save lists when offline. Although, during this time you won't be able to view any product images.
  • I have some suggestions for the app.
    We are always looking to improve and enhance user experience. We'll be doing this through regular updates and bug fixes. If you have an idea that you'd like to share, please get in touch.
  • Can other users see the items I add to Lumolist?
    No, all your custom items are saved within your own profile, so only you can see them.
  • Why are some pictures missing from the app?
    Due to intellectual property laws, we have to gain permission from each manufacturer to use their images. This can often take some time, so please bare with us.
  • How do I edit a list or order?
    Head to our 'Quick Tips' section via the Tutorials menu. Here you can find information and videos on how to edit your list, and much more! If you are still having trouble, get in touch via our contact page or through our social media accounts.
  • When I share a product or list with someone they can't open it?
    Some third party messaging apps don't support the dynamic link technology that we use for this feature, and so it is out of our control. We suggest trying native iOS apps for the best results.
  • How can I preview a list before sending it?
    To preview a list, select 'Share Order', scroll down the sharing options and select 'Print', this will bring up a preview of your list which you can view and then close. For more infomation on how to Preview a list, head to our 'Quick Tips' page via the Tutorials menu.
  • Will my data from the iPhone version be viewable on iPad?
    Yes, as long as you are logged in with the same iCloud credentials all your previously made lists, custom products and templates will be viewable. You can move between devices and they will automatically update with any changes.
  • Do I have to subscribe again to use the iPad version?
    As long as you are signed in with the same iCloud credentials you're previous subscription will still be valid. You can also switch between your iPhone and iPad.
